Manav and Lavit, childhood friends from a small town in India, shared a vision of bringing positive change to their community. They observed the struggle of finding affordable, quality products for their families and decided to act on their shared dream.

After pursuing separate careers, they reunited over tea, inspired to create an online store that bridged the gap between affordability and quality. Combining their skills and savings, they launched Kobanic, with Manav focusing on sourcing and Lavit on building the platform.
